Scanning for enlargements
Adding a floor or extending the rear of a house in Borough Park means working inches from the neighbors. A scan captures the existing house, the adjacent walls, and the rear yard so the architect can design to real conditions and the filing reflects what is there. It also records the existing roof structure that the new floor will bear on.
Synagogues and schools
Institutional buildings in the neighborhood often grow in stages, and each stage starts with documenting what exists. A scan of the sanctuary, classrooms, mechanical rooms, and exterior gives the design team a complete base. Vendors can schedule around prayer times and school hours if you note them in the post.
Pre-drywall scans for new homes
New and rebuilt houses here are ideal for a scan at rough-in, before insulation and board cover the plumbing, electrical, and ductwork. The owner keeps a file that shows exactly where everything runs. When a leak or a renovation comes up later, there is no need to open finished walls to find it.

How posting works here
Post the type of building, the scope of scanning, any scheduling restrictions, and the deliverable you need. Vendors working in Borough Park and nearby neighborhoods respond with bids. Compare them and award the job when ready.
