What we collect

When you post a job: your name, email, phone, property address, and the details and files you attach. When you register as a vendor: your company and contact details, equipment, services, and service areas. When you sign in: your email and a session cookie. We also keep a record of notifications and emails we send you.

How we use it

To publish and manage jobs and bids, to notify you about activity on your account, to review posts and vendors, and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

What is public

Approved job listings show the area, property type, size, deadline, and description. They never show your name, exact address, email, or phone. Vendor company names appear on bids shown to the customer who posted the job.

Who we share with

Customer contact details and the property address are shared with a vendor only when the customer accepts that vendor's bid or chooses to share their details. Vendor contact details are shared with that customer at the same time. The platform operator, TechScan USA, reviews all posts and vendor applications and can see all information submitted. We use service providers to host the site, store data, and send email; they process data on our behalf only.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

We keep job and bid records so that both sides have a history of what was agreed. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information by contacting us; we may keep records required for legal or dispute reasons.
